Chris Logan primarily handles Acquisitions and Development for Paradise Ventures while also helping to oversee various other responsibilities at the company. Since joining the team in January 2007, Logan has played a lead role in ground up development, where he is responsible for development management and anchor tenant negotiations. Additionally, Logan has been instrumental in the acquisition of a number of re-use real estate sites as part of Paradise’s efforts to diversify project types within the portfolio. In 2016, Logan completed the development of a $20 million seven story, 700+ space parking garage on Clearwater Beach. The parking garage also has 12,000 SF of retail space located on the ground floor. Logan continues to work closely with the City of Clearwater, a partner on this project, in addressing the critical need for parking on the beach. He is instrumental in the day to day operations of the facility. Before joining Paradise in 2007, Logan served as a Project Manager/Engineer for Wade-Trim of Florida, Inc. (a Tampa engineering firm), where he was responsible for the project design, permitting, construction inspection, and client relationship for many governmental, retail, office, residential, and industrial projects. Logan received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida and is a Member of ICSC. He served on the City of Safety Harbor Planning and Zoning Board for 10+ years, where he led as chairman of that board for 5 of those years. He also serves as president of his homeowner’s association and sits on the financial board of Cypress Meadows Community Church. Logan and his wife, Gina, are deeply integrated in the volunteer program with the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranch.
